mixed feelings about the stay
broken door useless shower
The room i stayed in was not what i expected, it had marks and dents like someone had broken in. It wasn't reassuring at all. the kettle in the room wouldn't turn off automatically, so i had to unplug it, and the socket came away from the wall when i did. the shower was pretty useless, and one of the doors lifted right off the rails. I wasn't expecting a luxury hotel, but this seemed more like a one-star place, not a three-star one. it was disappointing.

superb location local spots helpful staff
the location is superb. it made exploring so easy! the staff were helpful with suggestions for local spots and routes.
the air conditioning struggled a bit during the hottest part of the day..

The reception area has complimentary coffee available anytime. there is also complimentary cake, jam, water, and juice provided. This is a very nice service. staff contact can be made through whatsapp outside reception hours.

although there is no breakfast, there is complimentary coffee at the reception. cake and biscuits are offered near the reception area. several little cafes nearby are open early and offer budget-friendly prices.

The location is really good. Many famous places are within walking distance. convenient access is available to the city center by foot, train, or bus. the hotel is near the airport bus shuttle, useful.

Acceptable Location, Noticeable Issues
small room noisy heating
The location was convenient for seeing the main attractions.
My room was quite small for a twin bed. I also noticed there was no soap in the shower. The heating system made a lot of noise throughout the night, also the water pipes. I did not enjoy my stay.

Solid Stay, Great Location!

The location was really convenient. I could easily walk to many of the main attractions. The staff was very helpful and nice, addressing my needs quickly! I appreciated the complimentary cakes, coffee, and juice always available in reception.
The hotel did not offer breakfast. This was a slight inconvenience. I had to find alternatives each morning.
